Can today’s jazz, having tried so many ideas and means of expression, something to surprise experienced listeners? Participants «BRUSHUP» confidently argue: yes, offering his own unique vision of style.
Their signature recipe for success – sparkling fusion generated by the mix of refined classical jazz, fiery funk and rock, plus solar energy music band, band leader, guitarist Yuri Shchetkina.
Collective identity is defined and nontrivial composition, including a violin (Konstantin Ilitsky) – a rare, but always so glamorous guest jazz projects. In combination with a guitar, bass and drums, it adds to the sound of the ensemble charm and penetrating pungent flavor.
Depending on the design compositions in the musical fabric joins a wind instrument: saxophone – the personification of spontaneity and freedom of jazz, or a pure tone of a flute (Anton Zaletaev). But one thing remains unchanged – the unforgettable, electrified the positive charges, the atmosphere created by music «BRUSHUP».
